Our Pastors
Abihudi and Abigail
Family of 3:
Abihudi and Abigail are currently serving in Dar es Salaam. Their journey is part of the Coaching Story, and they are both graduates of the Potter’s Center. Abigail came from a strong Muslim family but gave her life to Christ and completed a discipleship program. Abihudi, who was raised in a Christian home, had turned away to become a witchdoctor. He later came to the Lord and joined the Potter’s Center to be discipled, experiencing a beautiful transformation.


Agnes and Noah
Agnes and Noah serve as the administrator of the Potter’s Center and the manager of the preschool for Christ Labourers Church in Visaga. Together, they also oversee the pastor’s feeding program with Real Bread Outreach.
Family of 5:
Christopher Kombo is the gifted logistics manager at Christ Labourers Church and the Potter’s Center in Visiga, where he organizes outreach efforts and oversees all ministry activities for both. Upendo holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance. She serves as a missionary with the international ministry Operation Mobilization and is also the treasurer of Christ Labourers Church. Christopher and Upendo have three children and are a valuable asset to the ministry.

Freedom
Freedom graduated from medical school and worked for a short time with the government and a major pharmaceutical company. He left his job to serve the Lord as the Administrator over all the ministries at Christ Labourers Church. In 2024, he lost his wife. He has two children and one grandchild. His background and knowledge are a valuable asset to the ministry.
Godlove and Natti
Family of 3:
Godlove lost his father when he was young and was raised by his mother. Eventually, his mother could no longer support him, so he went to Dar es Salaam to look for work. A friend—who later became his wife—brought him to Visiga, where he was led to Christ and personally discipled by Pastor Vincent. Godlove now serves as the media director for Christ Labourers Church and all of their ministry outreach. His wife, Natti, is a missionary with Operation Mobilization. Together they have a new baby named Geovana, and Natti serves alongside her husband in ministry.

Hudson and Wema
Mkombola

Family of 5:
Hudson Mkombola is an incredibly gifted musician who serves as the praise and worship leader at Christ Labourers Church, as well as for all their evangelistic outreaches, crusades, and conferences. He is passionate about encouraging others who are sick or grieving. In addition, he teaches music classes at the Potter’s Center.
Wema leads the Women’s Fellowship at Christ Labourers Church in Visiga and is a member of the church prayer team for the crusades. She completed the discipleship program at the Potter’s Center and shares her love for Christ with others. She is full of life and joy and brings great encouragement to everyone around her.

Happiness
Happiness was born out of prostitution and raised by an abusive and alcoholic grandmother. In an attempt to escape that life, she joined a gang. In desperation, she reached out to the only family member she knew, who introduced her to Pastor Vincent in Visiga. After many hours of conversation, he led her to the Lord. She experienced a powerful deliverance and received forgiveness and freedom. Today, she lives to serve the church in Dar es Salaam.

Nathan
Nathan comes from a Lutheran background. He heard of the Potter’s Center and decided to join the discipleship program, where he learned the truth through the study of God’s word. He is now passionate about sharing this truth with others, despite resistance and excommunication from the Lutheran Church. Nathan desires to plant a church in his home community where they are servants in the new church plant in Dar es Salaam.

Joseph
Joseph, was once deeply involved in Freemasonry and participated heavily in sacrificial rituals. He heard the gospel at the church in Montipwilli and later came to Visiga, where he gave his life to Christ. There, he found complete deliverance and freedom in the Lord. After completing the discipleship program at the Potter’s Center, he became passionate about rescuing others from the bondage of the occult.
Pastor Abraham and Mama Laiza

Family of 4:
Pastor Abraham Laiza is currently working at the bakery at the Potter’s Center in Visiga, where he is in charge of bread distribution to the community. He is also pioneering a church plant in Tanga, where he will soon move to serve as the pastor of the new church. Mama Laiza and Abraham were married before they became believers in Christ. Abraham surrendered his life to the Lord through the ministry of the Potter’s Center and was later united in faith with his wife. Today, Mama Laiza serves alongside her husband in ministry and is a devoted mother to their two children.

Casto
Family of 7:
Pastor Casto comes from a Catholic background and was led to the Lord by his brother. Before his salvation, he was a professional boxer. After coming to Christ, he left his profession to serve the Lord full-time. Today, he pastors the church in Montipwilli alongside his wife and children. Five previous pastors left Montipwilli over the course of three years due to persecution and resistance from this dark community, but Pastor Casto has persevered, and the church is growing.
Mama Casto is the teacher of the preschool in Montipwilli. She serves her family and works alongside her husband in ministry. She has a passion to disciple the children in this largely Muslim community.
Family of 4:
Pastor Amos is currently pastoring in Visaga. He came from the village of Montipwilli and was once sent there as a missionary. After feeling that he had failed in his mission, he became discouraged and returned to secular work. Later, he came back, received support from the church, rededicated his life, and went through the Potter’s Center program. He now works at the bakery in Visaga as part of the ministry. His heart is to return to Mbeya, where he has already planted a home church.
Mama Nuru (which means "Light") has experienced much pain in her life. However, God has worked beautifully to restore her marriage to Amos, and she has found great joy in serving the Lord together with him.

Pastor Christopher and Deborah Laizer

Pastor Christopher Laizer comes from a Maasai tribal family with a Lutheran background. He came to the Lord through the ministry of the Potter’s Center and was part of the first graduating discipleship class. Christopher is an anointed preacher with a passion for sharing the gospel with the Maasai community. He currently pastors the church in Nadanya, a largely Maasai community.
Deborah came from a strong Muslim family. When she gave her life to the Lord, she was rejected by her family and went to live with Pastor Vincent and his family. She also completed the discipleship program and, with her mother’s blessing, married Christopher. She now serves alongside her husband in the church in Nadanya.
Pastor Immanuel and Lucy

Family of 4:
Pastor Immanuel currently pastors Christ Labourer’s Church in Visiga. He was once a leader in an occult religion in Tanzania, but he came to Jesus and gave his life completely to serving the Lord. He graduated from the very first discipleship class at the Potter’s Center and now serves as the chaplain over the campus. Lucy serves by taking care of their children and grandchildren, and she also serves alongside her husband in ministry.
Family of 4:
Pastor James Masaka pastors a church in Morogoro. He was once part of a false prophet ministry but later gave his life to the Lord. He went through the discipleship program at the Potter’s Center and now has a heart to serve his church family.
Mama Jofrey is the cook at one of the local restaurants in Morogoro, helping to provide for her family and support their ministry.

Pastor Joseph
and Wema
Pastor Joseph pastors a church in Tabora. He and his wife, Wema, were led to return to their home church in Tabora. Wema came to the Potter’s Center and went through the discipleship program. She now serves alongside her husband in Tabora.
Pastor and Mama Maswaga
Family of 4:
Pastor Maswaga came through the discipleship program at the Potter’s Center. He has a strong church background and is part of the church-planting ministry. He pastors a home church in a very remote and dark village in Tanzania. Mama Maswaga loves working alongside her husband in ministry at their home church.

Pastor Michael and Tuponile Kombo

Family of 6:
Pastor Michael Kombo is currently serving in Arusha and Oljoro. He is a very outgoing man with a passion for church planting. He has planted two churches, where he serves as pastor, and he is also part of the national church planting ministry of Christ Labourer’s Church. His wife, Tuponile, is a passionate singer with a heart for women. She works alongside her husband to share the love of Christ with others. She is a powerful and sought-after worship leader for conferences across Tanzania.
Pastor Nicholas was raised to be a leader in the Muslim religion. He was beautifully saved at a crusade in his community. After being excommunicated from his family, he fled to Dar es Salaam, where he learned about the Potter’s Center in Visaga and joined the discipleship program. There, he met his wife, Zion. Together, they pastor a church in the very dark community of Kisanga.
Zion came from a very strong witchcraft family. At a very young age, she was dedicated to follow her family in their dark practices. She was on the verge of suicide when she met Pastor Vincent. She gave her life to the Lord and was part of the first graduating class at the Potter’s Center. Today, she is a powerful prayer warrior with a unique boldness in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who are bound in darkness.

Pastor Peter
Family of 4:
Pastor Peter came from a large family of sisters, all struggling with severe mental issues and living on the streets of Tanzania. He came to the Lord and went through the discipleship program at the Potter’s Center. Peter has become the leader of his family, praying for their salvation and deliverance. One sister, Wema, has received salvation and is now the wife of Pastor Joseph. Peter is currently serving the Lord in a church planted in Singida.
Family of 5:
Pastor Robert currently pastors a church in Mvumi in Dodoma, after faithfully serving Christ Labourer’s Church in Visiga for many years. He is a vital part of the crusade team as the lead evangelist and serves as the assistant overseer of all Christ Labourer’s Church plants.
Anna has a passion for entrepreneurship and owns her own fabric store to support their ministry. She serves the Lord alongside her husband in the ministry.

Pastor Stanford
Pastor Stanford currently pastors the church in Chalinze. He went through the discipleship program at the Potter’s Center. His late wife had a vision of starting a church in Chalinze, and she passed away two years after the church was planted. Today, the church is thriving under Pastor Stanford’s leadership.
Family of 6:
Pastor Steven had a vision for church planting. However, finding no support, he became very discouraged with the church as a whole. His friend, Pastor Stanford, introduced him to the discipleship ministry at the Potter’s Center, where he found support for his church planting vision and a renewed faith in Jesus. Today, he serves the church in the community of Kudiembe near Chalinze. Mama Festo is a vital part of the ministry, serving alongside her husband.

Pastor Vincent and Sarah Komba

Family of 6:
Pastor Vincent Komba was born and raised in a farming family. He came to Jesus Christ at the age of 14, which changed the direction of his life. He received a calling to full-time ministry at the age of 25. Vincent was given a clear vision of the need for discipleship for new believers, as well as for church planting. He started the Potter’s Center Discipleship Program alongside the church plant, Christ Labourer’s Church in Visiga. Today, their ministry has planted over 38 churches, and more than 400 individuals have graduated from the discipleship program—many of whom are now pastors of churches planted throughout Tanzania.
Mama Sarah Komba is the devoted wife of Pastor Vincent and the mother of their four children. She is a strong woman of faith and a leader in their church. She passionately serves the community and their church family, and she is a gifted wife and mother.

Family of 4:
Pastor Yohana Lemenga is part of the leadership of Christ Labourer’s Church and is passionate about church planting. His heart is to disciple pastors and help them plant churches. He has planted six churches in his region. Mama Lemenga (Lucy) serves alongside her husband in church planting and ministry.


Pastor Yuda and
Mama Chris
Pastor Yuda has a history of serious health complications that required hospitalization for more than a year. After being sent home to die, he began seeking miraculous healing, which eventually led him to Christ Labourer’s Church in Visiga. There, he was led to Christ and went through the Potter’s Center program. Today, he is pioneering a new church in his home village, where he passionately serves the Lord. His wife, Mama Chris, works in a local private Catholic school as a teacher’s assistant. She faithfully serves and supports her husband in their ministry.
